Eldan Recycling offer standard and special systems depending on customer requirements in regards to production capacity and output size and quality. The systems have capacities ranging from 800-7,000 kg/production hour. These systems are also the starting point when tailoring solutions to customers.
Smaller capacity WEEE system (1500 kg/h)
A complete Eldan WEEE Recycling System (1500 kg/h-line) turns electronic and electrical waste into various fractions of Fe and SS, various fraction of Al, refining material containing Cu, Brass, Zinc, lead and PM etc. and an organic fraction. As an example: including a rasper (MPR120) capacities up to 1,5 ton/production (depending on input material) hour can be reached processing waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Output fraction is various fraction of Fe and SS, various fraction of Al, refining material containing Cu, Brass, Zinc, lead and PM etc. and an organic fraction. Limitations: the scrap must not contain Fe-parts with thickness above 1,5-2 mm, maximum sizes of axles/shafts are Ø 8-10 mm and maximum weight of each piece is approx. 1-2 kg.
Complete WEEE system (S1000-line)

Output fraction is various fractions of Fe, SS, Al and an organic fraction with plastic, rubber, tree, textile etc. and refining material containing Cu, Brass, Zinc, Lead and Precious Metals, etc. Limitation: weight should not exceed 30-50 kg and oversize material has to be pre-cut to max 600x600x300 mm.
Large WEEE system (S1500HD-line)
A large Eldan WEEE Recycling System (S1500-line) turns electronic and electrical waste into FE, Alu, organic and non-ferrous fractions. As an example: including our largest shredder (Ring Shredder S1500HD) capacities up to 5-7 ton/production (depending on input material) hour can be reached processing waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Output fraction is <50 mm FE, Alu, organic and non-ferrous fractions. Limitation: weight should not exceed 30-50 kg and oversize material has to be pre-cut to max 1000x1000x700 mm.
